I’ve spent more than 30 years as a teacher, principal, daycare director, high school administrator, and school consultant. I founded Curriculum HQ, coached hundreds of teachers, and created a writing program used in over 80 schools.

I help schools strengthen curriculum, scheduling, teacher development, student management, enrichment programming, and financial systems. My goal is simple: take the overwhelming details off a principal’s plate and turn them into clear, organized systems that work—and last.
